With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Stephanie brings deep industry knowledge and a hands-on approach to every project. Her back ground includes selling new construction homes, guiding buyers through complex feasibility studies and overseeing land development. As the founder of Home at Last, a boutique new construction company, Stephanie has designed and built homes from the ground up, giving her a unique perspective that blends market expertise with a builders eye for detail.

Brittanie brings a rare blend of authenticity, reliability and unwavering work ethic to the team. With years of experience rooted in strong organizational skills, she is known for her prompt communication, thorough knowledge of contracts and sharp attention to detail.
